I'm going to start with the receiver before getting to the ball mount you are looking at. I recommend using the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98837 on your 2007 Toyota Sienna. Some important measurements to consider is the receiver height and hitch pin length to the bumper. When we installed this receiver on a similar 2006 Sienna the receiver height measured 10" from the ground and 6" from the hitch pin center hole to the rear edge of the bumper.
The Curt Ball Mount # C45070 will give you a 4" rise up to approximately 14" for your coupler height. The length of this ball mount is 9-1/4" from hitch pin center hole to ball mount center hole, giving you approximately 3-1/4" from the rear bumper to the center of the hitch ball. I do see we have a similar Ball Mount # D-28 with the same 4" rise but has the 14-1/4" length from hitch pin center hole to ball mount center hole. This will give you approximately 8-1/4" from the bumper to the center hitch ball. Depending on your trailer coupler you may want to use the longer ball mount to give you better clearance when hitching up. You will need a 2" Hitch Ball # 40038 for either ball mount.
I recommend using the Master Lock Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock and Coupler Lock Set # 3794DAT. This will allow you to secure your trailer to your Sienna when towing and also while in storage. All 3 locks are keyed alike and the carry case allows you to store them nicely when not needed.
The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118304 will give you a 4-way flat connector. This is custom fit to connect in line of your tail lights. You will be able to use the Mounting Brackets # 18140 and # 18144 if you prefer to run the 4-way out to the receiver.
