Helpful Expert Reply:
The Titan Chain Diamond Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC1555 use a cable/hoop system on the inner side of the tires that does indeed allow the chains to be installed without having to move the vehicle forward at all.
These chains are essentially split into two halves that wrap around the stationary tire. The halves are then joined at the bottom of the tire where it contacts the ground. Please refer to the attached photo that shows a detail view of the cable/hoop and closure that is placed on the inside of the tires.
These S-Class chains are intended only for on-road use on OEM tires up to their 30-mph speed rating.
I suggest you confirm in your Sienna owners manual that it is approved for use with S-Class tire chains.
