Parts Needed to Convert Tandem 7k Trailer Axles to Electric Over Hydraulic Disc

Question:

I am looking to change my brakes on my Grand Design Solitude, 310GKR to Electric over Hydraulic disc brakes. I have tandem 7000 lb Dexter axles . Do you have a complete kit for this project? If not can you give me a list of every thing I need? I want the rubber lines, not solid. I have tried to piece together the items needed but I want to make sure I get all the correct items? I think I found a bearing KIT that works instead of buying them individually but not sure if that is correct. I dont know if I want grease or oil bath yet so if you could give the info for both? Thank you,

We have the Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Tandem Axle Trailers # HSE7K-T1 which comes with everything needed to convert a tandem axle trailer with 7k axles to electric over hydraulic disc. This would be the simplest and best route to go as the Hydrastar actuators are widely considered to be the most reliable and best performing. The main feed line is metal though but the lines that run to each hub are rubber. This is an oil-bath setup which is the most popular for this capacity of axle. The good news is that you could just as easily run grease in these hubs so if you aren't sure either way this kit will work just fine. The seals between oil bath and grease are different but a oil seal will hold in grease so either way it would work.
