To connect your toy hauler RV travel trailer you with the Curt Lunette Ring # C48560 you will need to have a Trailer Nose Plate # 337TNP716625750 welded and gusseted in place of your current ball coupler. An easier option would be having a Demco 50-Degree A-Frame Coupler # DM15349-52 welded in place of your coupler. This coupler is rated for up to 14,000lbs and will require drilling for a A-Frame jack if your trailer requires that. Then you will be able to use the Lunette Ring # T1613700 for connecting the Buyers Products 50 Ton Heavy-Duty Swivel Type Pintle Hook # 337BP880.

If your trailer is less than 11,000lbs GVWR I recommend going with the Lock N Roll Coupler # 336TS504 and Articulating Hitch # 336VS503505.

As these hitch systems do not allow for a traditional weight distribution and sway hitch I recommend installing the Tuson Asymmetric Sway Control # 335TSC-1000. This system will use the electric brakes on your trailer to reduce sway by activating the brakes when sway is detected to keep the trailer in line.
