Is Trimming Required to Install Front Hitch and Snowplow on a 2022 Nissan Frontier
Question:
You claim that you have a plow for a 2022 Nissan Frontier with drilling or alterations. When looking at the undercarriage of the Nissan, I cannot see how a hitch is installed for a plow without cutting into the plates. Do you have any instruction or pictures showing how this is achieved?

In order to use a snowplow on the 2022 Nissan Frontier you'll need a front mount trailer hitch, the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65075 is currently our only option for this. The hitch does require removal of the lower air dam but this can be reinstalled once trimmed if desired. If you would like to see what other steps are involved you can check out the install instructions below. The hitch will then allow you to attach a snowplow like the Detail K2 Snowplow for 2" Hitches part # K2AVAL8826. The Detail K2 has an electric winch with wireless control so you can raise/lower or steer the plow from inside the vehcile.
