Troubleshooting Ride-Rite Air Bag Leak on 2019 Nissan Frontier
Question:
Hi, I bought ride rite air spring from you in december 2020. I installed them last winter february 2022 and discovered in may that one spring is leaking. I changed, tested the new valve and tried it directly on the inlet of the spring. I still had a leak... How can I get a new part? By the way, I always check the pressure each week. The airsping leak is too small and I cant find it with water and soap. It takes about 5 to 6 days to loos pressure from 5 psi to 0. Please help me... Thank you.

To replace an air spring from the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2558 for you r2019 Nissan Frontier you need the part # F6766. Before replacing the air bag though I recommend checking the rest of your air line all the way back to the valve to make sure the leak isn't further down the line. If you find that the air line and/or valves are the problem then we have the Air Line Service Kit # F2012 that you'll want to use.
Be sure that all of your air line connections are firmly secured and they have a nice straight cut wherever you've needed to trim the air line. If some of your air line ends are at an angle you can use a hose cutter like part # AL10530 to get that clean cut.
