Boat Winch Recommendations with Reverse Operation Feature
Question:
Hello, Im hoping you can give me a list of your winches that have reverse. I need to my boatlift onto a shoreline that is an incline and rocky so I want to be able to reverse it if we get stuck. I plan on attaching the winch to a trailer hitch adapter. Thank you for your help.

If you're looking for a manual winch I recommend the Fulton F2 Fully Enclosed Trailer Winch with Strap and Adjustable Handle # FW16000101 or for an electric option I recommend the Dutton-Lainson StrongArm Electric Winch # DL25215. Both are designed to pull the load in or let it out slowly but they also have a clutch you can use to use the freewheel option for faster payout.
Attached are some videos for you to check out. If neither of these options will work for you just let me know and I can make additional recommendations.
