We have many rear suspension enhancement options for your 2012 Ford F-250 Super Duty, but to determine which kit will work best, we will want to take a look at the frame brackets for your fifth wheel hitch.

On Ford Super Duty trucks, there is a hole in the frame rail just above the rear axle (see photo). If that hole is exposed, then I recommend installing the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs, # F2597. Firestone is an industry leader in the air bag market and this kit was designed to fit 4WD or 2WD Diesel models of the F-250.

If the frame brackets for your fifth wheel hitch cover the hole in the frame, I recommend looking into a bump stop replacement option like the Timbren Springs, # TFR250SDG, that you referenced. These springs will replace the factory bump stops on your truck and will not interfere with the frame brackets of your fifth wheel hitch.

I've attached installation videos of both products for you to check out.
