Complete Trailer Application Using A Lube Spindle

Question:

Hi! Can you help me put together two complete spindle, bearings, races, seal and hub assemblies for the lube spindle ? BTW this is for a custom application, so Im not fussy about hub configuration - only that it is a lube spindle with a brake flange. thank you,

The #84 E-Z Lube Spindle w/ Brake Flange for 3,500-pound Trailer Axles # TRU77FR has an integrated zerk which makes greasing your bearings easy, it has a sturdy steel construction and has a weld-on installation.

This spindle needs an inner bearing # L68149 (1.378 inch inner diameter) and an outer bearing # L44649 (1.063 inch inner diameter) to function.

The Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K has a bolt pattern of 5 on 4-1/2 inches and works with a 3,500 pound axle. The inner bearing # L68149, outer bearing # L44649, the races and grease seals are included with this assembly.

For the brakes The Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA will work with both the spindle and hub assemblies mentioned above. The brakes are self-adjusting so they do not require periodic manual adjustments like the standard brakes do. The brakes have an e-coated backing plate that helps resist wear and corrosion.
