Can a Regular Residential Toilet Be Used in a Camper

Question:

I have a 1987 Mallard flight leader camper. The toilet is draining water from the back when flushed. Can a regular toilet be installed

No, unfortunately you can not use a regular residential toilet in a camper. The main reasons for this are the flush mechanism and water usage. A residential toilet is going to use more water than a RV toilet and it is not designed to dump into a tank. They are also not designed for the bumps and turns of the road.

We do have standard height toilets with elongated bowls available.

This toilet is the same height as a standard residential toilet and has an elongated bowl that provides more comfort like a regular residential toilet.
