Does the SureCall Fusion2Go 3.0 RV Cell Phone Signal Booster Have to Be Registered w/ Mobile Carrier

Question:

Thanks for helpful and prompt answers to customer questions! So I understand, if just boosting one phone for reception and as a hotspot, then can use the car and truck option for Surefire celluar signal booster package. This smaller package doesnt require an antennae device subscription correct? Also, when will it not help at all? I heard in one etrailer video that must be within 30 to 50 miles of a tower. Are there satelite services available also?

The SureCall Fusion2Go 3.0 RV Cell Phone Signal Booster # SC43MR does require that you register the device with your mobile carrier. Both the SureCall Fusion2Go 3.0 Cell Phone Signal Booster for Cars and Trucks # SC33MR and SureCall N-Range 2.0 Cell Phone Signal Booster for Cars and Trucks # SC73MR also need to be registered with your mobile carrier before use. All of these are signal boosters, they will not work unless a signal is present. If you have no signal, these will do nothing because there is no signal to boost. Generally you need to be within 30-50 miles of a tower to have a signal, but there are other factors that play a part in signal. Whether there is a satellite version available would depend on the mobile carrier and if they have satellite. These are just signal boosters, you would need to contact a mobile provider or satellite carrier about compatibility. We do not have any marketed as a satellite booster.
