Can you recommend a spare tire holder for ford Explorer 2017? I have a hitch. It need to retract to allow for back gate to open.

We have the Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier part # RM-195125 that would work great for you. This will fit in your hitch and can fold to the side to allow access to the rear gate when needed like you mentioned.
