We have the Ventline Roof Vent w/ 110V Fan # V2128SP-01 which fits a 14-1/4" wide x 14-1/4" long opening and roofs that are 2-1/8" to 3-1/4" thick. It is a 110v fan, there is not a 120v fan option.
If the 110v option does not work for you, we also have it in a 12v option.
