Universal Roof Light Recommendation for a 2008 Dodge Dakota
Question:
Have a question , thinking about using Optronics Trailer Lights - MCL13A2B for cab lights on my dakota , can you still see the light lit up if looking at the light from the front or side , meaning when they are mounted on my roof in the frt of the truck , would you be able to see them being they will be sitting almost horizontally with a slight slope forward. Also can you get these in smoke color ??? do u carry any small smoke leds ?? Thank you

If you are looking to fabricate up some roof lamps on your 2008 Dodge Dakota I think your best option that we carry would be the Clearance Light Kit # CB-15AK. This is a universal kit that comes with everything you would need to install onto your vehicle.
The only issue is that is the bulbs are not LED and the lens cover is not smoked.
The Sealed, Mini LED Side Marker # MCL13A2B that you referenced would not be a good choice for you. The LEDs in this unit are one directional and are not designed to be viewed from the side. So basically they would be useless pointing up on the roof of your vehicle.
