Starting off with leaf springs for your 7,000 lb axles, we have the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # e64SR. In addition to the leaf springs you will also need the U-Bolt Kit # APUBR-9 and Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit # APT5 which will allow you to get everything mounted.

Wheels and tires will depend on the size you want and the bolt pattern. For 7k axles I'm assuming your hub assembly has an 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern. The two most common wheel and tire sizes that fit this bolt pattern are 16" and 17-1/2". There are also various tire sizes that fit each of these wheels.

For a 16" option I recommend the Karrier ST235/80R16 # AM34903. These tires have a load range E with a maximum load of 3,500 lbs at 90 psi which would match your axle. If you want something with a slightly higher capacity we also have the Kenda Karrier ST235/85R16 # AM32743B. This has the same load range but is a slightly larger tire with a max load of 3,640 lbs at 95 psi.

If you want a 17-1/2" wheel and tire I would go with a 215/75R17.5 tire. For that I recommend the Provider 215/75R17.5 Radial Tire # TA95ZR. If you would like a different wheel style we also have the Westlake 215/75R17.5 Radial Tire # LHAS701. Both are good options with a max load of 4,805 lbs at 123 psi. The main difference is the appearance.
