Will A Roof Rack And Rooftop Cargo Box Fit On My 2019 Honda CR-V And NOT Exceed 84" In Height

I have a maximun hieght restriction with cargo box of 7 feet. What option do I have?

Your 2019 Honda CR-V has a height between 66.1" and 66.5". This gives you up to 17.5" for a roof rack and a rooftop cargo box on the top of your vehicle. The lowest profile rooftop cargo boxes we offer are 11" in height. Unfortunately, they will only offer up to 11 cu ft of space, which is half of the 22 cu ft rooftop cargo box you attached to your question.
You will need a roof rack for your 2019 Honda CR-V, but there are different roof types. Here are my roof rack recommendations.
Flush mounted rails (2-1/4" between roof and bottom of crossbar on 2016 Honda CR-V)

Each of these roof racks have a maximum weight limit of 165 lbs. They both come with elliptical shaped crossbars with t-channels. This bar shape helps to reduce wind noise and aids in fuel efficiency. The t-channel allows you to use channel mounted accessories and those that clamp to the crossbar.
After installing one of these roof racks you will increase the height of your vehicle to a range of 69" to 70-1/4" in height. Leaving you with only a foot of extra space, if you want to be on the safe side. The Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box - 22 cu ft - Black Glossy, part # TH629906, you attached to your question will add 18" of height to your roof rack, so it will exceed the 84" limit. You can try on of the Inno rooftop cargo boxes like the Inno Wedge 660 Rooftop Cargo Box - 11 cu ft - Gloss Black, part # INBRM660BK, which will add 11" of height to your roof rack. Please keep in mind it is only 11 cu ft in size.
