Min and Max Settings for RoadActive Suspension on 1978 Chevy Scottsdale C20

Question:

Ive got a 1978 Chevrolet Scottsdale C20 pickup. I know there is an application for this model. My question is about the settings of the springs. There are the 1mm and 2mm spacers to mark the tension. Is it feasible to crank the tension up even higher beyond the 2mm spacer? Like to 3mm, as if youre combining the two spacers? I dont want to push it beyond its limits but I was curious if that was even a possibility.

The RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS3611-CHD for your 1978 Chevy Scottsdale C20 (and the other RAS kits) do have minimum and maximum settings. The minimum we're looking at no less than 25% of the 1mm white spacer and for maximum we're looking at no more than 40% of the 2mm spacer. So I wouldn't go any larger than that.
