Parts Needed to Add Bunk Boards to Boat Trailer  

Question:

I have a 2004 Lund 1600 explore Ss. It came with a roller trailer- It’s always been hard to load - pls advise what I need to convert the trailer over to a bunk trailer- it’s a Shorlander trailer Thanks much

To add bunk boards you'll simply need the bunk boards and mounting brackets which attach to the front and rear crossmember of your trailer frame. If you already have brackets you may be able to use them, otherwise, you just need the correct length of boards and brackets:

- CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards for Boat Trailers - 4' Long # CE27810, 5' Long # CE27820, 6' Long # CE27840, or 7' Long # CE27845

- CE Smith Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies - Galvanized Steel - 9" # CE10000G-4, 11" # CE10001G-4, or 13" # CE10002G-4

- CE Smith U-Bolts # CE15283GA-4
