The Curt trailer hitch # C11286 does fit on a 2013 Subaru Impreza hatchback if it has single exhaust like the one in the video I have linked showing a typical installation. I have also linked the instructions for you.
If it is a WRX or WRX STi with the Quad Tip exhaust then you would need hitch # C11120. I have linked the instructions for this hitch as well.
The recommended ball mount for both hitches is part # C45521. The 1-7/8 inch hitch ball that fits is # A-80 and the 2 inch is # A-82.
For either style you can use trailer wiring harness # 119250KIT. I have linked instructions for the wiring as well.
