What Axle Capacity has 5 on 5 inch Bolt Pattern Hubs Available
Question:
Hello. I have a 5x8 utility trailer with 2000 lb axle. I would like to put 5x5 hubs on it so I can use my extra Jeep Wrangler JK wheels. Is there a 5x5 hub for 2000lb axle? Or would I need to change axle also to 3500? thanks.

There are only 3,500 lb trailer axles that have hubs available with the 5 on 5 inch bolt pattern like with the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-550-35-EZ-K so you'd need to go with a 3,500 lb trailer axle if possible or at least install new spindles like with the # TRU74FR.
