i have a hot water heater that needs replaced and i was a wondering will a WH-6GEA replace a GC6AA-10E?

Yes! The Dometic # DMC74FR (Dometic model WH-6GEA) will replace the discontinued GC6AA-10E water heater. You will also want to add the Replacement Door for Dometic and Suburban RV Water Heater # DMC58FR.

The only way I can recommend you wire up the Atwood Switch part #AT91959 is by using the attached diagram which means using a 12 volt power source. I don't have a way we can recommend using a 110.
