Troubleshooting A Ground Control 3.0 Rear Passenger Leg That Won't Extend

How to fix jack fault all on keystone sprinter. Back right jack will not extend

If the rear passenger side jack of your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Leveling System # LC358590 is wanting to extend then your first step is to make sure that the battery is charged enough to fully operate the system. This leveling system requires 12.75 volts in order to function correctly. From there you can move on to checking the power at the control module # LC304136. You'll need to test both sides of the that leg's fuse.
If everything is fine so far then you'll need to trace the wiring from the control module over to the leg and check for any damage or loose connections. When you get to the leg you can also check that power is making it to it. If so and it still isn't working then you'll want to try to manually extend the jack using the instructions listed below and then complete a zero point calibration.
If all this doesn't solve the issue then the motor for that leg is likely in need of replacement with part # LC343758.
