There are only two hitches that will fit a 2008 Subaru Impreza 5-Door Wagon with Single Exhaust model. The best one is going to be the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch item # DT24959. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Subaru with included hardware. This hitch and the Curt item # C11315 are both 1-1/4" hitches and are the only ones available for your vehicle. Your Impreza does not have the capacity to transport a 300 lbs motorcycle and the carrier. You will need to tow your motorcycle behind your car in a trailer if you plan on using this vehicle.
To control your trailer's tail lights you will need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C56111. This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located behind the tail lights.
For a ball mount you'd need the Draw-Tite Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or item # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
