Trouble Removing Pigtail Connector From Back of Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller

cannot get harness unplugged from back of controller is there some way to unsnap it

There is a small tab on the top of the pigtail connector on the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90885 that you put first pry up before you can pull the connector straight out. I have attached a photo of this tab for you below as well.
