For your Atwood GC10A-3E water heater, I recommend taking a look at the:

-Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater - Gas - Automatic Pilot # LSB44FR for black or # LSB64FR for white.

These water heaters are similar to the water heater that you have now with a 41,800 Btu heating capacity, cut out dimensions of 13" wide x 13" tall x 17-3/4" deep, and a temperature range of 95°F to 123°F (35°C to 50°C).
