Fitmment of Thule SideKick # TH78GC on a 2021 Hyundai Venue with Moonroof

Moving from Nevada to N Carolina Will it fit my car. Looking at Thule sidekick. I also have a moonroof.

Yes! The Thule Sidekick # TH78GC definitely fits your 2021 Hyundai Venue. In order to mount the box to your roof, you need a roof rack system with compatible crossbars. The parts you need depend on if you have a bare roof or raised factory rails.
If you have a bare roof, I recommend the following setup:
- Yakima JetStream Crossbars - 50" # Y00425
- Yakima BaseLine towers # Y28TR
- BaseClip Fit Kit # Y06170
- BaseClip Fit Kit # Y06187
- Same Key Lock Cores # Y07204
If you happen to have raised rails, I recommend the following parts:
- Yakima JetStream Crossbars - 50" # Y00425
- TimberLine Towers # Y33TR
- Same Key Lock Cores # Y07204
With the JetStream crossbars, you receive the benefits of an extremely aerodynamic design that ultimately leads to less wind noise and increased fuel efficiency. The Thule SideKick clamps perfectly around these bars. Also, you can fully open your trunk with the box attached to both of these roof racks.
As far as the compatibility with your moonroof, the distance between the roof and the bottom of the crossbar of the naked roof setup is about 3" tall. For the raised rail setup, the bottom of the crossbar is about 1" taller than the top of your raised rails. In order to determine whether you can open your moonroof, I recommend measuring the highest point where your moonroof opens. As long as it falls under these heights, you are good to go.
