Yes it sure will; Yakima CoreBar crossbars like # Y00422 are 2-3/4" wide x 1" tall, and you can absolutely mount the ProRide bike rack to them. The correct part number for that bike rack is the following:

The ProRide is a really nice choice for a bike rack as it's super easy to install by clamping onto your crossbars, weighs less than 10 lbs making it simple to handle, and secures your bike tightly via both wheel straps and a clamp on the downtube. That clamp even has a torque-limiter so it won't overtighten on your bike frame, protecting it from being damaged.

I do recommend considering adding lock cores so you can lock the rack to your vehicle and your bike to the rack; for this you'll need the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders - Qty 2 # TH450200.
