We have exactly what you need! If you have a 1-1/4" hitch on your 2012 Chevy Cruze, the best option is the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202. Not only is the rack compatible with both Class I and Class II 1-1/4" hitches, it also comes with an integrated ramp that allows you to simply roll your bikes onto the platform without ever having to lift the bikes off the ground. As far as weight capacity, the EasyFold XT provides you with 65 pounds per bike, so it is perfect for your 60-pound e-bikes. Another advantage is that since the cradles on the rack adjust independently, you do not need to worry about a bike frame adapter if you have women's-style frames or step-thru frames. The rack is compatible with bikes up to 51-3/16" long wheelbases.
If you happen to have fat bike tires that measure between 3 and 4-11/16 inches wide, you need the fat bike straps # TH985101 for each bike.
I went ahead and attached some great demo videos for you to check out.
