I would be happy to answer your questions. The Curt Hitch Receiver item # C13397 is a confirmed fit for your 2022 Honda CR-V Touring. According to Curt there have been some redesigns to this hitch to make it more compatible with the auto lift gate sensor. Originally, the hitch didn't work with the hands-free liftgate feature, but Curt has redesigned the hitch so it is more compatible. The way this hitch mounts the only portion of it that would potentially block the sensor is the 2" x 2" receiver. What our installers have found is that if you kick to the left and right of the center of your bumper you will be able to use the lift gate feature. I have linked an installation video and a picture below so you can see the install process and what the receiver will look like.

If you need a wiring harness to control your trailer or accessories lighting functions then I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # 118741. This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located in your rear cargo area, behind the driver's-side interior trim panel. I have linked an installation video below.

To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
