We do have a trailer hitch that will fit your 2008 BMW 328i Sports Wagon. It is Curt trailer hitch # C11771. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view.
If you plan on doing some towing use # C45521 for the ball mount and # F-4 for the pin and clip. For a ball use # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch or # 19258 for a 2 inch. For trailer wiring use # C59236. I have included a link to the installation details for the wiring as well.
Trailer hitch # 24857 is only listed as a fit for the sedan.
If using the hitch for a bike rack or cargo carrier you will also need to use stabilization strap # 18050 to be in compliance with the Curt warranty.
