Best Towing Mirror Extensions for a 2016 Hyundai Tucson
Question:
I have a 2016 Hyundai Tucson and want to add towing mirrors. Id prefer your CM11400 slip-ons, but I cant tell whether or not they will fit. Second choice is your 40375-2 strap-on, but the issue there is that the mirror back is contoured and getting a good footing will be tough. Your thoughts? Thanks

In my experience with universal tow mirrors I find that the CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors # 7070-2 are going to be the best choice for your 2016 Hyundai Tucson as there are no custom fit mirrors available. These mirrors are simple to use with no over complicated strap devices and additional parts that frequently break.
The CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # CM11400 you found only fits certain Ram 1500 trucks. And the CIPA Universal Fit Towing Mirrors # 40375-2 I find do not provide adequate stabilization on the highway due to the limited contact area with your mirrors. These mirrors want to move around as they do not have the frame supports like the CIPA # 7070-2 I linked above.
