It sounds like you are looking for are the tow package relays for your 2013 Nissan Titan. If that is the case, then you will want the Curt Relay Kit, # C57000. These relays are required if your truck does not have 12v power or turn signals at the 7-way trailer connector. These relays fit into the under-hood fuse box and are for the turn signals and 12v power. I have attached a video showing how to install these relays.

Some trucks will require a third blue relay which would require a second Curt Relay Kit # C57000, for the running lights. If your truck does not have a signal for the running lights at the 7-way trailer connector, then you will need this additional relay.

If your Titan did not come with a 7-way trailer connector and you want to add a 7-way, then there are two options depending on how your truck is equipped. Some Titans will come pre-wired for a 7-way trailer connector and will have a factory plug behind the rear bumper. If you have the factory plug, then you can use the Hopkins 7-Way and 4-Way Trailer Connector and Relays, # N40975.

If you do not have the factory trailer plug behind your bumper, then you will need to go a different route. First, you will want to install a 4-way flat connector, for this I recommend the Curt Universal Powered Wiring Harness, # C59496. I have attached the installation instructions for this wiring harness for you to check out. If you only plan on towing a trailer with a 4-way flat connector, then you will not have to install any additional parts.

If you will be towing a trailer that uses a 7-way trailer connector, then you will want to install the 7-Way and 4-Way Installation Kit, # ETBC7, in addition to the 4-way harness that I just mentioned. This kit includes a 7-way and a 4-way connector and includes all of the additional wire and hardware needed to install a brake controller if needed. I have attached an installation video and installation instructions for you to check out. You will notice that the vehicle in the video is different from your Titan, but the installation is not necessarily vehicle specific and the process will be the same on your truck.

If I misunderstood what you were asking, let me know what you are trying to accomplish on your Titan and I will be happy to make a more specific recommendation.
