The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57399 is designed to fit a 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4x4 so for your 2020 model you'll need the kit # AL23FJ instead. This is essentially the same thing just with the correct mounting brackets for your newer model.

I always recommend picking up an air compressor kit as well since it gives you the ability to monitor and adjust your air bags on the go.
