The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement system you referenced, part # TDR1500DQ might be a good choice for you, depending on what is causing the suspension to sag in the first place.

If the suspension is sagging because of cargo carried in the truck bed or cargo area, the Timbrens would be an excellent choice. When the truck bed or cargo area is unloaded, they are typically sitting a bit above the axle and have no effect on the vehicle ride until its loaded. Once load is added to the vehicle, the springs become progressively stiffer as weight is added. Timbrens are also a good choice for those towing a gooseneck or fifth wheel trailer, as the pin weight of the trailer is added directly to the truck bed.

For a bumper pull trailer using a standard bumper hitch, a weight distribution system is the best solution to eliminate suspension sag. To choose the correct system, you will need to determine the tongue weight of the trailer when it is fully loaded and ready to tow. The weight of any gear stowed in the bed behind the rear truck axle also needs to be considered as tongue weight. I have linked you to an article that explains weight distribution in greater depth, as well as an article that shows how to determine your fully loaded tongue weight.

If your sag is caused by the tongue weight of a trailer hitched to a bumper hitch, I would be happy to recommend a weight distribution system if you would care to reply with the fully loaded tongue weight of your trailer.
