Will Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement TDR1500DQ Work on 2019 Ram 1500 to Reduce Sag

Question:

My truck is rated to pull 11,500 lbs with payload capacity of 1,780 lbs. My 5th wheel trailer weighs 7,800 lbs dry and approximately 10,000 lbs loaded. I am looking at part TDR1500Q to cut down on sag and would like to know if this will work for me. Thanks.

On your 2019 Ram 1500 the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TDR1500DQ that you referenced is going to do a really great job of reducing the rear sag you're experiencing when hooked up to the 5th wheel trailer. Please just note that these particular springs won't fit the Regular Cab models of the 1500.

The durable jounce-style springs are simply going to replace the truck's factory bounce stops. They are nearly twice the size of the OEM units (both in height and width) and what this will actually do is keep the rear at close to stock height when under load from your trailer or any cargo you might have loaded in the bed when you aren't towing. This not only greatly reduces sag but it also allows the factory suspension components to travel like normal, drastically improving the ride quality too.

I went through some of our customer reviews to try and find some real life examples of this and I attached "Before" and "After" pictures that one customer submitted. This does a good job of showing how much the springs improved his wheel well clearance and sag with his 5th wheel trailer hooked up.

I have also included a full install video below that you can use for reference.
