Since you'd looked at the # 23-468-469 Dexter Nev-R-Adjust brake assemblies, I'll assume you're needing electric trailer drum brake assemblies. These particular brake assemblies are for a 10 x 2-1/4 inch brake drum and a spindle that uses a 4 bolt brake mounting flange with 2-7/8 inch center to center bolt hole measurement (between adjacent holes) or 4 inches center to center measured diagonally. This would typically be used on a 3500 lb capacity axle.

If your existing brake drums have an inside diameter of 10 inches and an inside depth of 2-1/4 inches, and the brake mounting flange bolt pattern measured what's mentioned above and shown in the provided photo, the # 23-468-469 brake assemblies would work for you.
