Is this hitch compatible with the Trailair Rotaflex pinbox? If so, is any kind of wedge or adapter required?

Yes, the Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP26FR for your 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 with the factory puck/prep in bed hitch will work with the Trailair Rota-Flex 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC328330. You will not need any kind of adapter or wedge to use these together, but I do recommend a Lube Plate # RP83001 to eliminate the need for grease on the face of the pin box.
