Parts to Replace Long Carpeted Bunk Board on Mastercraft Boat Trailer

Question:

I need one 104 inch by 6 by 2 inch black carpet bunk plank for my Mastercraft boat trailer. I say 2 inch for thickness but you know better than I the correct thickness but that appears to what it is. Lumber actual width and thickness by board standards are not my strong point.. Thanks

The longest bunk board set we have is the CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards for Boat Trailers # CE27845. These are 84" long x 1-3/4" wide x 3-3/4" tall so they will be a bit smaller than what you're looking for when it comes to all of the dimensions. My recommendation is to source the lumber elsewhere so you get exactly what you're needing and then covering it with the Gray CE Smith Deluxe Marine-Grade Carpeting for Bunk Boards # CE11373 which measures 18' (216") long x 18" wide.

This should be wide enough to wrap around a whole 6x2 plank but if there is a little wood of uncovered on the underside of the bunk that's still okay - the carpet is meant to protect the hull of your boat so it's really only necessary where the boat makes contact with the bunk.
