The Fastway e2 Weight Distribution # FA92-00-1000 is a good starter weight distribution system for occasional use. It has the integrated sway control that you are looking for that allows you to back up and maneuver your trailer without disconnecting the trailer. This particular system is rated for a maximum trailer weight of 10,000lbs and a tongue weight of 600-1,000lbs, which your 2022 Rockwood Mini Lite 2513S would fall into. You will need a 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # EQ91-00-6100 and 1-7/8" 12pt Thin Walled Socket # ALL643216 for this hitch.
If you want a more rugged hitch the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37100ET would be my recommendation as your best hitch. It is made in the USA with a limited lifetime warranty. It has a 4-point sway control for increased control when towing and still allows for you to backup and maneuver your trailer without disconnecting. This has the same weight rating of 10,000lbs trailer weight and 600-1,000lbs tongue weight and you will only need the 1-7/8" 12pt Thin Walled Socket # ALL643216 for this hitch.
