Can the Thule Roof Mount Cargo Basket Be Locked to the Crossbars

Hey guys is their a way to lock the Thule Canyon XT Roof Cargo Basket - Steel - 49" x 40" x 6" - 150 lbs Item # TH859XT on to the rails so that it wont grow legs and walk away.

Yes, the Thule cargo basket # TH859XT can easily be locked to the crossbars using the lock made just for this purpose in the part # TH450400.
