Troubleshooting a Lack of Propane Using a Greystone Outdoor RV Griddle and Grill

Question:

We Cooke on our Greystone griddle/grill combo for the first time today. The first meal was great. The second meal we did the potatoes first and everything was fine. We added the burgers and turned down the temp and after that we slowly stopped getting propane for we tried to turn up the heat and it wouldn’t get any higher. We then turned it off and tried to start it again and it won’t start anymore. The igniter still sparks but even with a match the unit will not light. What can be done to fix the lack of flow?

The most likely cause for a lack of propane when using the Greystone Outdoor RV Griddle and Grill # WAY34FR is going to be an issue with your propane tank. If you have another propane tank that you can hook-up and test the grill, that is what I recommend.

Hooking up a different propane tank is going to rule out 3 different potential causes:

- An Empty Propane tank

- Air getting in the Propane Hose (this can also be corrected by disconnecting and reconnecting the hose, which takes care off itself when hooking up to a different tank)

- A Defective Propane tank (over time, propane tanks can develop faults)

If you hook up an alternate propane tank and this does not solve your problem, please reach back out and I would be happy to help you further.
