I believe the part you're referencing to on your Reese SC Weight Distribution System w Sway Control # RP66153 is the pad hanger, however this part along with the Reese SC WDS has been discontinued from the manufacturer.

Alternatively, if you're interested in an upgrade, the Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control # RP66559 is an excellent choice.

This system has a maximum gross towing weight of 10,000lbs, a tongue weight range of 500-1,000lbs, which is similar to your Reese SC Weight Distribution System w Sway Control # RP66153, and includes the head assembly, an adjustable shank, trunnion spring bars, sway control brackets, lift handle, pin & clip, and all the necessary hardware.
