Looking for air bags suspension enhancement for a 2019 Ford Ranger. I see there are a couple of options for that. Between the two, can you compare which one is the best for this truck?

Both the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57234 and Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88234 are a fit for your 2019 Ford Ranger, and the difference between the two is really only what you see in the title - one option has jounce bumpers internally while the other does not.
The best option for your 2019 Ranger is the LoadLifter 5000 Air Springs # AL57234 because they are going to give you all the needed support for your Ranger's suspension without the jounce bumpers, which can occasionally cause a stiffer ride if the bags aren't filled with enough pressure. These bags will do a great job of improving your ride by absorbing shock and helping keep your back end level if you have a load in the truck or are towing.
During the installation of these air bags, you are going to want to ensure your air lines are cut perfectly straight, and the best way to do this is by using the Air Lift Air Hose Cutter # AL10530 and I also strongly recommend installing the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL72000 because it has a wireless remote control and there is no need to try and add additional wiring or air lines inside your cab.
