Trailer Hitch Fit Suggested for 2022 Toyota Sienna
Question:
I need a hitch for my 2022 Toyota Sienna. Would the Curt or the Draw-Tite be better?

Expert Reply:
Although the Draw-Tite # DT55MR has a higher capacity (4500 lb towing/675 lb tongue weight), the vehicle itself is limited to 3500/385 lbs per the owner's manual, so the greater capacity isn't usable.
Therefore, I'd recommend the US made Curt # C22UR. If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a # TK69FR trailer wiring harness, a # C45100 ball mount with a # PC3 hitch pin and a trailer ball like # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
