Will Yakima Overhaul HD Ladder Rack Carry Two Thule Hullavator Kayak Carriers
Question:
I would like to mount this rack in my 2022 RAM 1500. The recommended cross bars are listed as 68 inches. The plan is to mount 2 Thule Hullavators on the cross bars. From your previous answers I know that to use 2 Hullavators you need bars at least 57inch long so the 68-inch bar should work. I just wanted to make sure this combination will work or if you have any other suggestions on either the bar length to make sure they clear the sides of the truck or if you think there is a better rack option for my vehicle. Any help would be most appreciated. Thank You

The Yakima Overhaul HD ladder rack part number # Y01151-58 that you referenced would easily work great to carry two Thule Hullavators part # TH898 as the bar length is adequate for two carriers and also the rack would easily install into the top channel of the crossbars. There wouldn't be a better configuration that would work as well as this available.
