Nope, you do not need to enlarge any holes on your 2022 Jeep Wrangler in order to install the Curt hitch that fits, which is the following part number:
- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13392
I also wanted to mention, if you need a 4-way trailer wiring harness, the correct fit for your '22 Wrangler is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118786.
