You will be able to use the Curt Hitch # C13701 as long as the combined weight of your motorcycle and the carrier are less than 500 pounds. Also, it is important to note that you should not exceed the weight capacity of your trailer. For this reason, I recommend making sure that your trailer can handle the amount of weight you wish to transport.
Also, you need to make sure that your motorcycle carrier is rated for RV/travel trailer use. If you need a great carrier, I recommend the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier w/ Ramp for 2" Hitch - 76" Long # e98873. Not only is this carrier rated to use on RVs/travel trailers, it also provides you with a 500-pound maximum weight capacity. The carrier is compatible with motorcycles up to 76-1/4" long with tires up to 4-7/8 inches wide. To ensure that your travels are safe from theft, I recommend using the etrailer Hitch Pin Lock # e99047.
For great motorcycle straps, I recommend using the Motorcycle Tie Downs - Cam Buckle Straps with Shock Absorbers and Loop Straps - Qty 4 # SS6-SL14. With the shock absorbers, the straps have constant tension so you do not need to worry about a dangerous disconnect.
