Timbren Silent Ride Suspension Ride Height Compared to Leaf Springs

Question:

Does this product maintain approximately the same ride height as an equivalent leaf spring setup? I do not have axles and dont want it to make the trailer ride closer to the axles.

The center of the axles will sit 6-1/2" below the frame when mounted on the Timbren Silent Ride Suspension for Tandem Axle Trailers item # TSR7000T04. Depending on the leaf spring set up, legnth of hangers and axle mounting point above or below the springs, the Timbren's would be a comparable distance. This system fits 2-3/8" round axles and has a 7,000 lbs. I have linked a diagram below.

If you are going to use 3" axles you will need the Timbren Silent Ride Suspension for Tandem Axle Trailers item # TSR10KT02.
