Without knowing the height from your 2019 Ram 2500's bed to the top of the bed rails, there is a way to know for sure if this tool box works with a roll up cover. I recommend measuring from the bottom surface of the bed to the top of point of your bed where the cover closes. If that distance is at least 18-1/2 inches, the # UWS01032 works perfect. However, it is important to note that you won't be able to open the chest with the cover closed.

If you want a great option for a roll-up cover that sits 1/2" above the bed rails, I recommend the TruXedo Pro X15 Soft Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Polyester and Vinyl.
