I can help you troubleshoot this issue. You will need a circuit tester, part # PTW2993. You will need to determine where this problem originates. Is it on the vehicle side or the camper side?

I would start by testing your 7-way connector for power. You will need a second person inside your 2010 Ford F-150 and the two of you will go through the functions of your 7-way connector step by step, checking for power. If you do not get power at one of the pins of this connector, the problem is on the vehicle side. You should check your wires for cuts or frays. The grounds should also be checked. The should be touching bare metal, even paint can interfere if its too thick. You should not see any rust and corrosion on any of the wires or the ground. You should also double check the fuse to your running lights.

If you have power to the 7-way connector on your vehicle side, the problem is on your camper side. You will repeat the same procedure, but do your testing at the 7-way connector on your camper side. You should follow the same steps on the camper side. You should have at least one pin not receiving power.

I have included weblinks about trailer wiring below.
